    Symphony Spring Concert – A Season of Renewal & Awakening

    First Congregational Church of Winona

    Spring brings the highly anticipated release of the Winona Symphony Orchestra’s first recording, featuring music by Libby Larsen and the talents of Clara Osowski and Alan Dunbar. To help us celebrate the release, our spring concert features music inspired by the recording project, including a performance of Larsen’s Raspberry Island Dreaming and a work by Minnesota composer Dominick Argento. Coupled with Diamond’s breath-taking Romeo and Juliet, the program brings back audience favorites and CD artists Clara Osowski and Alan Dunbar, offering a performance that paints music of life, love, and beauty.

    Fall in Winona can bring gentle breezes, multicolored foliage, beautiful bluffs, and a gradual transition into cooler weather. Autumn can also engender deep cold, dramatic frost, and even snow. These many manifestations of the season are all captured in the emotions of this concert.

  • Jazz Jam to Benefit WSO Children’s Concert

    Two Fathoms Brewing

    H3O Jazz Trio and Two Fathoms Brewing (formerly Island City) have helped support local nonprofits
    with over $75,500 in total donations thanks to the generosity of Jazz Jam patrons! Last month’s Jazz
    Jam contributed $1,045 to support the Riverway Learning Community.
    Everyone wishing to sing, play, or cheer on their friends is welcome to join the H3O Jazz Trio at Two
    Fathoms Brewing’s monthly Jazz Jam! Interested players can choose from a wide selection of songs.
    Music is available from the Hal Leonard Real Book series, bring your own music, or just name that
    tune!
    Come early to enjoy a Two Fathom’s beverage and enjoy an afternoon of great music with H3O Jazz
    Trio and friends … all while showing your support for our community!
